Chablyy (powered by Miocache Technology Private Limited) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you use chablyy.com or connect Chablyy to third-party services (including Meta products).

What Information Do We Collect?

  • Account & Contact Data: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address.
  • Credentials & Authentication: password hashes, OAuth tokens (including tokens required to connect Meta APIs).
  • Profile & Business Data: business descriptions, messaging templates, hours of operation.
  • Message & Interaction Data: messages exchanged through connected channels (temporarily stored for features like history, analytics, troubleshooting).
  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser and device information, log files, telemetry, performance metrics.
  • Payment Data: payment instrument information processed by third-party payment processors (we do not store full card details).
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: cookies, local storage, pixel data for session management, analytics, preferences.

We collect data you provide when registering or configuring integrations, automatically when you use the Services, and from third parties (e.g., Meta) where you authorize connections.

How Do We Use Your Information?

  • Provide and operate the Services (deliver messages, host chat history, run automations).
  • Authenticate accounts, manage billing, and prevent abuse and fraud.
  • Improve and develop features, analyze usage, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate with you (product updates, security notices, support).
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

When you connect Meta products, we use only the data necessary to deliver integration features and do not retain Meta data beyond the scope permitted by Meta's policies and these Terms.

Customer Chat Data

Chat data is processed solely to provide the chatbot service to the subscribing business. We do not sell, resell, share or use customer chat data for advertising or unrelated profiling. Account owners control retention settings and are responsible for end-user consent where required.

Will Your Information Be Shared?

  • With Service Providers: hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery providers (under contract to limit use).
  • With Business Partners: when you expressly authorize co-delivery of a feature.
  • For Legal Reasons: to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect rights, property, or safety.
  • During Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets (users will be notified where required).

We do not sell personal data. Third-party integrations (including Meta) may process data under their own terms.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for authentication, session management, preferences, and analytics. You can manage cookies via your browser; disabling them may impact functionality.

Third-Party Services & API Usage

  • Chablyy integrates with third-party services (including Meta). When you connect such services you authorize Chablyy to access the data needed to provide integration features.
  • Chablyy acts as a service provider/data processor for certain data and will process such data only per your instructions and to provide Services.
  • You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies when using those integrations.

Chablyy connects to official Meta and other authorized third-party APIs only. We do not use unofficial or reverse-engineered integration methods.

Data Retention & Export

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. Default retention for messages/logs is thirty (30) days; account owners can configure retention where available. Account deletion or anonymization will be completed within thirty (30) days except where law or security/fraud prevention requires retention. You can request a data export in machine-readable format by contacting legal@chablyy.com.

Security Measures

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including TLS for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, access controls, audit logging and periodic security testing. No method is 100% secure; we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law in the event of a breach.

International Data Transfers

Chablyy is based in Nepal and may transfer/store/process data in Nepal or other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps (vendor controls, contractual protections) to ensure adequate safeguards for transfers where required.

Automated Processing & AI

We use AI for routing, message suggestions and analytics. Automated processing may influence how messages are triaged, but does not remove your control. If automated decisions have legal or similarly significant effects, contact legal@chablyy.com to discuss controls.

Children's Privacy

Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact legal@chablyy.com and we will remove it.

Your Rights & Choices

Subject to local law, you may access, correct, delete, limit, or port your personal data and may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, contact legal@chablyy.com with your account details. We may require identity verification. EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. For material changes we will provide notice (email or in-app) and update the 'lastUpdated' date. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
