Cookie Policy
Last Updated: August 31, 2025
This Cookie Policy explains how Chablyy ('we', 'us', or 'our') uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, 'cookies') to recognize you when you visit chablyy.com and when you use our Services. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your choices regarding cookies, including how to manage or withdraw consent.
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites remember information about your visit. Cookies can be 'session' cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or 'persistent' cookies (remain for a set period). They can be 'first-party' (set by Chablyy) or 'third-party' (set by a service we use).
Cookie Consent
We request your consent for non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising, and similar tracking). When you first visit our site you will see a cookie banner allowing you to accept, reject, or customize cookie settings. Essential cookies required for site operation do not require consent. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via our cookie settings UI or by following the instructions in the 'Managing Cookies' section below.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes: (a) essential site functionality (authentication, security, session management); (b) analytics and performance (to understand usage and improve features); (c) personalization (remembering preferences and settings); and (d) advertising and marketing (ad measurement, retargeting, and conversion tracking).

Third-Party Cookies and Pixels
We use third-party services (analytics providers, ad networks, and social platforms) that may set cookies on your device when you interact with our Services. Examples include Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels. Those third parties' use of cookies is governed by their own policies. We do not control third-party cookies — please review those providers' privacy policies if you want more information or to opt out via their tools.
Legal Basis (EEA Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for using essential cookies is that they are necessary to provide the Services. For non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising, personalization), we rely on your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Managing Cookies and Opt-Out
You can manage cookie preferences in several ways: 1) Use our cookie banner or cookie settings UI to accept or reject categories of cookies. 2) Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies (see your browser’s help pages). Note that disabling essential cookies may break certain features. 3) Opt out of many analytics/advertising cookies using provider opt-out tools (for example, Google Ads Settings or your ad choices). If you need assistance or a machine-readable cookie inventory for compliance, contact legal@chablyy.com.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our Services. When changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., update the 'Last Updated' date and display notice on the site). Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
