What does Chablyy import from Shopify?
Products, variants, inventory, store policies and pages. If you turn on order lookup, it can also read order status, only for logged-in shoppers.
How does it stay up to date?
Changes to products, inventory and policies in Shopify are picked up automatically through Shopify webhooks.
Can the AI see everything on my products?
No. By default the AI doesn’t see any product metafields. You choose which ones to share.
What if my store has no shipping policy?
The checklist flags it as urgent, so you can add the details, or sync them from your website, before shoppers ask.
