Getting started with Chablyy is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through creating your first AI chatbot — from signing up to customizing and launching your bot.

2. Register your business

Step 1: Sign Up

Start by creating your Chablyy account:

• Visit Chablyy.com
• Click Sign Up
• Register using Google or Facebook
• Verify your account if required

Step 2: Register Your Business

Set up your first business profile:

• Enter your business name
• Select your industry or category
• Add basic business details
• Click Save to complete registration

Step 3: Train Your AI

From your dashboard, go to AI Training → Materials. You can train your bot using:

• Web Content: Add your website URL (optionally include subpages)
• Upload Files: Import documents (PDF, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge Base: Add FAQs in Q/A format

Once done, click Retrain AI to apply updates.
You can retrain anytime as your content evolves.

Step 4: Create Lead Types

Lead Types define what information your chatbot should capture from customers. Go to Lead Configs → Create Lead Type.

After filling the details, click Create to save.

Step 5: Integrate Channels

Create your first bot and connect it to communication channels.

2. Click Create Bot
3. Select a platform
4. Login via Meta (for Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)
5. Connect your Meta Business account
6. Give your bot a name → Done

Available Channels:

• Facebook Messenger: DMs + Comments
• Instagram: DMs + Comment-to-DM
• WhatsApp Business: Chat automation
• Website Chat Widget: Install directly on your website

Bot Configuration Options:

• Choose which leads to capture
• Set bot personality and behavior
• Define fallback rules
• Enable or disable flows (DMs, comments, stories, etc.)

Step 6: Customize & Monitor

• Your bot goes live in the dashboard
• Customize responses to match your brand voice
• Monitor conversations in real time
• Capture leads and manage them in Leads menu
• Check ongoing chats in Live Inbox
