This Refund Policy explains how Miocache Technology Private Limited ("Chablyy") handles refunds and cancellations for subscriptions purchased through chablyy.com. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
Free Trials
Where offered, new users may access a free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your chosen plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription and applicable fees will be charged.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel anytime; the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plan purchases may be refunded in full if requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided there has been minimal or no usage of the Services. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but cancellation will stop auto-renewal and the subscription remains active until the end of the billing term.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued beyond these rules if required by law or if we verify a technical failure caused by Chablyy prevented access to the Services. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email legal@chablyy.com with your account details and payment reference. We will review and notify you of our decision. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7β10 business days (depending on the payment processor).
