Build your AI’s knowledge base by uploading key documents and FAQs. These files help your chatbot answer customer questions more accurately and contextually.
How to Upload Files
- Go to AI Training → Materials → Upload Files.
- Drag and drop your documents, or click to upload supported files (PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV up to 10MB).
- Once uploaded, your files will appear under the “Total Materials” count.
- Click Retrain AI to process the content into AI chunks.
Adding FAQs
- Select the Knowledge Base tab.
- Enter a Question and provide a detailed Answer.
- Optionally add Tags (e.g., “shipping”, “returns”) for better recall.
- Click Add FAQ to save and include it in AI training.
