Before You Begin
- Your WhatsApp number must be a Business Account connected to a verified Meta Business Manager.
- You must have Admin access to that Meta Business account.
- Make sure your phone number is active on WhatsApp Business App or API.
- Log in with the same Meta account that manages your WhatsApp Business setup.
Step-by-Step Integration
- Go to your Chablyy Dashboard → AI Bots.
- Click Create Bot or select an existing bot.
- Select WhatsApp as your platform.
- Click Connect to WhatsApp — a Meta login window will appear.
- Sign in using your Meta credentials associated with your WhatsApp Business account.
- Choose the WhatsApp number you wish to connect.
- Grant the requested permissions and click Continue.
