How to Add Website URLs
- Go to AI Training → Materials → Web Content.
- Enter your web page URL (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/about).
- Choose whether to include subpages.
- Click Add URL to fetch and analyze the content.
- After adding, click Retrain AI to process it into AI chunks.
Best Practices
- Use public, accessible URLs (login-restricted pages can’t be crawled).
- Limit the number of pages to relevant help and product information.
- Retrain after every major update to your site content.
